This study analyzes the relationship between social capital and technological innovation in entrepreneurship, adopting a bibliometric approach based on sources indexed in the Scopus database. Using VOSviewer and Bibliometrix, the main research trends, the evolution of global scientific production, the institutions with the highest number of publications, and the networks of co-authorship, co-citation, and keyword co-occurrence were mapped up to the year 2025. The results show a sustained growth in the literature exploring the role of social networks, trust, and cooperation in technological innovation processes, particularly within entrepreneurial contexts. The journal Sustainability (Switzerland) stands out as the most productive source, while China and the United States emerge as the leading contributing countries. A limited but significant collaborative structure is observed among researchers and institutions, with a small group of actors concentrating the greatest scientific influence. Overall, the findings indicate a trend toward knowledge concentration within consolidated academic networks, accompanied by a rapid increase in production and international collaboration in recent years.
